This deal started in 1942 with brucellosis testing. Today is has expanded to trich test results. Most are clueless that there have been restrictions for decades. The only thing that's getting changed is the tag used. Live cattle have no requirements. Most just haven't run cattle long enough to know there is a rule in place or ignored it for a long time.
