I made it my new year resolution to stretch daily. I miss some days, but probably average 4-5 times per week. It really helps. Can do it on a mat on the floor or my bed.


Can you detail a little more what stretching looks like? Is just attempting to touch my toes a few times good enough, or what should I be trying to stretch?

At 38, I'm noticing the loss of flexibility too. I'm still as strong as ever, but I get cramped up very easily from being in the same position for too long.
