I would not have a problem taking them to the sale barn or locker. I sure would mention it ahead of time. Local locker does even need to get in with them. Unload them and drop it with a bullet or shoot it on the trailer.

For what the local sale barn gets in commission, they can deal with a wild cow every so often. Just part of the business.

Some people live in fairly tail land.


Everyone’s got a plan until the steer hits a gate and knocks the gate back into the guys face causing a brain bleed and he dies in the alleyway.

Accidents happen. No sense in “encouraging” it. I guess I just feel that “liability land” is where the odds lie; fairy tale land is that no one gets hurt….

I’m sorry Hick - I just can’t agree with you on this one.
