NWMO | I think different things are getting affected at different times. 1 year ago you couldn’t find a new truck anywhere locally, now there are a couple dozen new trucks on the lot here in town, and the lots are back to same level as pre Covid.
I have family that flips homes in KC and no sooner do they list their remodeled homes for sale that they have an offer and often time it’s over asking price.
Agricultural equipment prices have softened, especially combines
Commercial real estate is not doing well
Overall, right now, I’d say most folks are feeling the inflation. My family is every time we go to the grocery store, restaurant, or whatever activity we’re doing. We figure grocery bill has grown by nearly 30%-40% since 2020. Not including higher gas prices and everything else
