if it;s at the bottom of cleanout .probably a lead joint a hammer and dull chisel will expand the lead ;go lightly.. if it's the pipe and it's rotted out don't do the hammer deal. in that case any kind of wrap will work temporarily..I would probably get a can of hydraulic cement.
