I’m my part of the world surface drainage is really important so we are afraid the mounds from a strip till unit would cause and issue with that. Plus it adds a pass and involves another high $ piece to keep around lol. I think this is a great alternative for us seeing as how we are already putting down all our P with our setup. We planted just shy of 1400 with ours last year and loved it. First year for the planter and eighth or ninth for the montag. Second picture is of our old 1770 and cart.
