Backstory - had a ‘04 Chev Duramax stolen from a field in May 2013. Gone for good.
Last week son’s friend asked about a truck he found in a forestry cut about 50km away.
He had ran numbers and my name came up.
It’s long ago settled with insurance, told the lad I’d help him get papers for it if I could clean out my long lost possessions. He’s got a pretty sweet deal, I got my watch back - gift from my wife - and a few other items and a great story to tell. The fortune was in truck lol
