I want to find a 3/8 x16x(2 or 2.5 or 3) bolt with a flat head that uses a torx or allen drive. I've spent much of the evening looking and everything seems to have a counter sink head, is metric or has no way to tighten. I hope the graphic will convey the type. I looked at McMasters, the big box stores, amazon and a plethora of other places. Ikea has bolts but they're in a pack with a lot of other stuff and metric.
