Embarrass WI

No, not the veggies out of the freezer. A week ago my soybeans were just beginning to turn color, maybe 10-15% yellow leaves, when they froze. Temp got down to 27 F for a while(at our house).

What do I have to look forward to? One guy told me that they will be very slow to dry down, and the stems will stay green and they will be very difficult to combine. True? If so, anything I can do to make it better?
