cental pa along the Susquehanna River | Went for a little trip past couple of days out to Ill. to Gordyville tractor pull. I saw some corn still standing in the fields some places and saw pretty many corn piles. Saw a big pile along 24 at Kentland anyone know how many bushel is on them piles ? We came back on some side roads and I wondered if I past any of you guys farms. I was on 14 and 24 in Indiana and then we got on 30 and came across Ohio. You all sure have alot of nice big flat fields compared to us poor guys in here in Pa. I was surprised at all the tillge work I saw done is that for guys going back to corn? Even saw in Ohio where there was a big area molboard plowed. I sure enjoyed the scenery just wish it would have been spring or fall to see you guys doing your work out there. I did pass a cabover IH truck towing a 12 row deere planter in Indiana did not catch the name on the truck.Just wanted to say I sure enjoyed seeing a little part of you guys country out there. |
