Subject: What would make fall fertilizer prices lower this fall than now?

South-central Nebraska
I'm one of those trying to decide whether to lock in 09 fertilizer (NH3 only for now) at a current $700 per ton with 25% down and the rest due Oct 1. I've read numerous past posts regarding this subject. My agronomist says don't, grain marketer says yes and I will talk to my banker tomorrow. What would cause all or some fertilizer prices for 09 to drop between now and this fall? I've got quite a few corn bushels already contracted so I know I will have to have some NH3.
