Subject: Removeing (Gutting) Stantions & Pipeline/Pipes from barn?

What are the options to removing (Gutting) a dairy barn. I want to remove all the stantions, pipeline and such to open up the floor for storeage. I do not have access or own a torch. I have been useing a Sawzall but it is only one step better then a hack-saw. What other tools have been used for cutting rusty pipe clean at cement level? Fire is a concern as there is a lot of dryed manure that needs scraping (plan on useing bobcat to scrape it after pipe removel). Been thinking of a giliteen type divice and wacking it with a big sludge hammer - your thoughts on all options?
Thanks
