Subject: 863 corn head cutting stalks off

Portland TN
My old 863 IH head has one row that cuts the stalks off below the ears. Has new Knives, Drives and bushings. I cant find anything different from the other rows . The other rows run fine but this row is driving me nuts. Could the rolls be too tight, it looks like the others ? Any sugjestions would be apreciated
