Huntley Montana | I bought a 06 pu last feb, been complaining to GM about how I hate the automatic door locks since I bought it. Today was into the Chevy dealer & was asking if the door locks were canbus or just the many wires yet as I was going to tap a on/off switch into the line to keep the doors from locking every time the pu moved. Service man got to looking & GUESS WHAT? GM musta heard some complaining, & on 9/20/06 they came out with a code to REMOVE the automantic locking feature IF the customer ASKED .
GOT IT DONE. Hated unlocking the doors EVERY TIME someone got in/out.
NOW to get rid of that damm chime. | |
