I was coming north out of Robinson today when I realized the road ditch had been recently mowed. Illinois in a cost cutting measure has only been mowing to the bottom of the ditch.  The field side was mowed. It was obvious because it had not been mowed all summer last year.

My guess is a new tenant started out showing the landowner how they would do things.
