Subject: Ships at sea

Cherokee Co., Iowa
This may have been discussed in one of the Forums and I missed it.

It is my understanding that a ship at sea is like a Country and has the right to defend it's self. With a cargo worth Millions why not train the crew or hire Mercinaries and furnish the ammo to blow anything out of the water that approaches within a set distance after a warning shot across the bow. To me it seems idiotic that a small speedboat with a few men are able to board and capture a large vessel and hold it hostage.
