Southern Highlands of Tanzania, East Africa | Hope someone knows how well a ventilated storage bin works at keeping grain safe from moisture concerns. We would love to harvest crops in the 16-18% moisture range as the crop takes too long to dry-causing losses in the field.
I farm in Tanzania, Africa and there is no easy way of drying-we would like this idea to work and have been told about GSI bins that are capable of drying grain using air only with fans and stirators.
Would other storage companies offer the same at a better price?
