Subject: resistance hard to figure out

Dills, FL
Have some palmer Amarathe "giant pigweed" that is showing resistance to ALS herbicide called Cadre on peanuts, problem is Cadre has never been used on these fields before. Can RUP induce some degree of resistance that would show up in a different herbicide? No cotton herbicides used here. Atrazine, prowl, rup,2-4D. Could there be less A.I. than the Company really states. You know you can't trust them.

Traveling through GA this week there is this giant pigweed everywhere in corn, cotton and peanuts. I don't believe it can 'evolve' everywhere in the state that fast. This weed can make up to 1 million seed per plant but my 'resistant' plants aren't in pockets of a field, they are just random here and there.

thanks
