Have been working on a rent contract and wondered how other people rented ground? Share? Straight cash? Some combination, if so what?
Here we mostly share or straight cash. However we are working on a rent with a base (bottom) price and a percentage for each bushel over 160bu. times average market price at a local elevator over 4 dates. Just wondering what other people did.
How do you rent ground?
