Subject: Beans looking like toast

Decaturville TN
I've already accepted the fact that the corn is fried (probably in the neighborhood of 1/3 of avg crop) but a little rain in mid to late July gave me some hope on the soybeans. We've had some pop-up showers in the last few days but I missed them all. My beans have a good stand and good height, many waist high but the last 10 days of upper 90s with no rain is killing them. Everything but the very wettest ground is really wilting down. Forcast for next 7 days- Upper 90s and no rain....Should do them in. I hope most of you are not having a year like we are here in TN. God bless.
