SW KS, near Dodge City | Which one will be more accurate, the Raven w/ Envisio (WAAS) or the Trimble w/ the EZ-guide 500 (also WAAS). Both of the systems will be the integrated auto-steer on a sprayer.
Friend's buying one and the Envisio is priced a fair amount lower than the Trimble, not positive but guessing $2-3K lower. I told him I'd post about it as I don't have any experience w/ any of the integrated systems.
I'm a Trimble guy, but 3 grand isn't anything to sneeze at, and if the systems will offer comparable performance, I don't see any reason to shy away from them. | |
