Subject: Market Pullback:

The market has had a big run. Most people thought a pullback could come in the last 2 weeks of last year with the funds taking profit but they did not. There is a crop report coming up this Friday and with the recent strength the report will have to be very bullish to feed this bull additional market strength. The funds will start reallocating on tuesday so what does this all mean.

If the market is going to break into Friday with profit taking and reallocations it will have to start tonight. If not then it could be buy the rumor sell the fact on Friday. A .30-.40 cent break in corn and a .70-1.00 break in beans would be healthy for the long term. Is that even possible with all of the euphoria that is out here and additional fund money that will be coming to these markets??

What do all of you think??
