Subject: Land Sale Yesterday - Onward And Upward


USA		288 acres 270 tillable brought $7800 per acre, figures out around $8300 per tillable acre. New high for this area, probably would have brought in the $5500 to $6000 area a year ago. Located near Medora, IL in SW Macoupin County.
