is it nessacery to agitate a lagoon or can a person just pull off the water on the top or does a person need to go almost to the bottom to get the fertilizer that is higher in npk. i've heard that fertilizer in a lagoon is not as high in npk that it is called effluent and has about 1/10th of what typical analysis says. thanks
