Subject: planting year old soybean seed

i had about a bushel of left over soybean seed from last year( found it still in the planter boxes recently )-can i plant that this year and expect good germination. the planter was always shedded, and the seed appears dry. know you can hold corn over for the next year, but not sure about soybeans.
