| Does anyone know anything about the Gardasil shot for young girls that is supposed to protect against diseases caused by human papillomavirus?
Lori placed the poster that the elementary school sent home on the fridge and it caught my eye to say the least. It appears the elem. school is promoting this practice.
I'd like to know what the possible downside is of this procedure. I can read the upside that Merck promotes. Face value (from the poster and a few quick google searches) tells me it probably isn't any big deal and is most likely a good idea to go ahead with it, but I really only know what Merck has promoted.
Any experience or opinion from the board?
