Mohawk Indiana | Yesterday the Indiana House of Representatives passed a bill restricting cell phone use for young drivers and beefed up liscensing requirements for beginner drivers including raising yhe age to get a liscense from sixteen years and one month to sixteen and a half. She's benn driving around here for a couple years and of my three kids has always been the most responsible. It seems to me that we are trying to hold these kids back and not let them grow up. I'm dissapointed for her. | |
