I want to run dust collection lines a couple of places in the shop from the dust collector and I've seen people use what I think is PVC.  The stuff I used for drains is really heavy and expensive.  I believe that there is lighter weight material or thinner pipes that would work.

We have Menards, Lowe's and Home Depot in our area so if you have a suggestion I'd have to be able to get the pipe at one of those.
