| I have a row crop operation with several employees and also have a livestock operation with my wife and I as the only employees. Both operations are profitable to the point of being tax burdens. I wanted to max out a sep contribution but row crop employees want nothing to do with it(whole different story). I wonder if I could file two different farm schedules and contribute sep funds on the cattle operation only? Right now both operations go on one schedule f. Sure am blessed to be profitable but seem to get a little depressed around April 15 every year! | |
