If a tree(s) on your neighbors side of the fence continiously blows limbs over on or whole tree falls on your pasture fence whose responsibility is it? I have been cleaning up myself with nothing said. This is getting OLD and am wondering if I can at least throw HIS sawed up tree back on HIS side of the fence ???? It is just CRP ground with unmanaged fenceline trees. Thanks for any input.
