NW Iowa | Don't know if this question should be in Market talk section or elsewhere but don't know where it should go (so excuse me if you feel it doesn't belong here). If the Iowa Utilities Board approves the permit for Summit's pipeline does that settle the issue? Do those who are opposed to the pipeline have any other recourse? I know some other states also still have to give their approval. There is so much big money (and people) behind this project that it seems the deck is stacked! | |
