Subject: Padlock antifreeze?

Nevada, Iowa
I've got some padlocks on grain bin fuse boxes, doors and fuel barrels that are frozen occasionally. It's not that big of a deal but usually inconvenient when you're in a hurry. I have tried several versions of makeshift covers but without much success. I have come to the conclusion that no matter what I do, they will be frozen at some point from condensation or hoarfrost or something. Long story short, is there anything in an aerosol can that works to protect from freezing on a consistent basis? Any particular brand of magic that you prefer? Thanks
