Eastern Nebraska | Is the glass 2 1/4 inches tall??? I am pretty sure it is an ashtray with a shot glass holder.... designed for individual use after dinner by men usually.... the shape of the glass resembles a small brandy snifter... this link will show you one of their ashtrays...
