I rent a 2 small pastures, 12-15 head each , mostly heifers $20.00/season so a pair would be $40.00. To catch them I set up a small portable corral, haul water to one and keep the fence up with the landlord's materials and supply fencing on the other, when I leave I take my fence with me. Both situations they want brush and weeds kept down and they get taxed at a much lower rate since it is considered Ag. land not recreational.
