I have had one for over 4 yrs. Having had 2 lower back operations, it helps me alot. I weigh about 240 and my sleep # runs from 50 to 100 depending on how my back is doing. My wife sleeps at 35 and I will never tell her weight!!! It does take awhile to get used to; but it is the only bed I know that has real adjustability
