53925 | I have a friend from high school who farms right outside Milwaukee. Has 180 acres some angus cows some chickens turkeys etc. Well he plays the game and I hate to admit I'm betting he has some dang high returns per animal and acre. He's at 7.50 hw plus processing. His explanation to them is You get all the steaks, roasts and hamburger straight through for that money. (wonder what it would be if you bought individual cuts at store) He sends weekly emails with pictures and video of your animal. He bundles corn stalks and sells them for $10 a bundle (5per bundle) He sells small square bales of straw for $10/bale. As he says give them what they want! | |
