PIC was a set aside program for corn to reduce the supply and support prices. unfortunately this knucklehead in the white house doesn't even know farmers exist.


I thought PIK ,payment in kind was in '83

I wonder how farmers can justify asking for More support /Safety Nets when you see machinery auctions bring record prices, land auctions bring record prices

Would not be popular but it would be nice to see help/programs geared to those in need and have some realistic caps

Here, in Ontario the bigger you are the bigger your cheques...Should farmers with $xx million in equity get same as young (or old) farmers struggling to pay there bills,feed there families...The richer/bigger farms just invest gov't $$ in bidding up land /machinery
