NE SD | Who cares if they are printing money from the stock market while doing nothing. Just remember they can lose a ton of money from doing nothing as well, believe me, I’ve been there.
Land has appreciated, that’s as much of an investment as stocks. I don’t see the issue.
Work smarter, not harder. I take a lot of my profits and turn around and invest it into the stock market Play both sides….there’s no need to be cash poor but asset rich all of the time. I’m up or down 5-10k in my portfolio day to day, sometimes more. At least with land you’re not taking such rapid swings up and down in your net worth.
Who cares if they aren’t putting physical labor into their gains. I’d be asking for tips, not griping under my breath. | |
