yep, inflation makes everyone a king or queen. It has really worked well in the past but we are different***. If you have the money to put down on it and some one will lend you the rest at a reasonable interest rate/duration, or you can pay out right for it, it fits the operation and your goals, buy and do not look back. The main consideration, as always, is your health.
