| If land doubles in price from today until this 2/3rds crash occurs. It won't be much of an education for the guys buying now and will likely be paid off by the time land hits bottom if it takes 15 years to get there from the high.
2039 is 15 years away, staying out of the land market for 15 years is a pretty big risk for an operation. Like anything else buying small amounts frequently is probably a better strategy than trying to time the market and buy the low. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy something now but if the right piece comes along I wouldn't be passing and waiting for the bottom. | |
