A guy north of me a county, paid $700 rent for a chunk that he had a hog barn on.
The land lady said if they can afford paying $23000 for ground they can pay $700 for rent and its cheap.
Didn't have much choice had to go someplace with the manure.
This is ground he had been renting.
How does buying land get me ahead in my environment
