Don’t quite get what you mean. Are the rail rates 1/3 the cost of barge rates? Or the rates are a third again higher than barge rates on comparable distances ? Get where rates would increase without the competition.
Ok reread it a couple of times. Just a comparison of rail rates where there is barge competition to where there isn’t. Got it.
