Amherst WI | I’ll stand up for the grain boards a little bit here with your comment that it’s just for the outings.
You go to 3-4 meetings a year, unpaid except mileage to get a $15 hotel lunch. Why would someone worth their salt leave their family and their operation for only that?
Sure you might have the opportunity to go to something like commodity classic or some leadership training but everyone doesn’t get that, and again if it wasn’t for something like that why would you want to be there?
I also agree with McHusker too. 75% shouldn’t be on it and the other 25% that should be don’t want to be. | |
