Sounds like commercial properties are going to sink or severely hurt some banks.
There may be some opportunities to buy these commercial properties at a severe discount and create apartments, there seems to be demand for that
What blows my mind is that Wall Street shrugs off every detail and keeps trudging higher.
Like I have said before, I have been wrong for 34 years and I will probably be wrong for 34 more if I live long enough.
So where is a safe place for cash if you are over the fdic levels? Personally I don’t have that problem but many large businesses and cash Rich people do have to think about this | |
