Central SD | Funny thing is I live in a county that is 95% no till and haven’t heard a thing. Granted I don’t get out to coffee shop much. Just remember that for ever carbon credit there will be a debit. That means every gallon fuel every kWh electricity that’s not green will be taxed and livestock production will be taxed also.
