I saw upwards of 60 in a single field of CRP as the snow from the January blizzards was finally melting away a few nights ago.  Meaningful population control won't happen without antler tag not being issued until multiple doe tags are filled.

OR, legislatures with enough guts to make the State wildlife agencies liable for all deer-motor vehicle collisions.  Boy would things change in a big old hurry then.....
