Oh it can happen. With crop insurance a lot less now days. Less overall risk in a subsidized market. Now if it was a more free market like the cow calf guy blood baths are more common. With lrp and help from the tax payers we can start to see a subsidized market emerging with less risk in that sector also. It will take a few years to trim that high rent. Always someone to fill the void when first guy tries it for couple years and gives it up. Same as sitting in the sale barn with a nice group of angus. Always someone to bid.
