Not seeing a "herbicide" category, I would assume that herbicides/fungicides/insecticides are all included in the "pesticides" category.
$120 seems like a lot but if a guy adds it all up I bet you can get there if you include in furrow rootworm insecticide and a late application of insecticide & fungicide.
You can pick those budgets to death but the underlying story doesn't change much, guys that have costs that are out of control (including machinery and land) are going to have a tough year unless they hit a home run on yields or prices improve drastically.
