The little I remember my dad telling me is if you fertilize for a poor crop that is what you will get. So if a poor crop pencils out for you well you should know what to do. I really push the fertilizer on spring wheat if I don't we end with 25 bushels less and very low protein and low protein can cost us 50 cents a percent below 14 per bushel.
