Market year average price is being collected, runs from September 2023- August 2024. County yield data will be finalized in that time as well. If the county average revenue falls below the .86 x 3.70 x (your county Olympic Average yield) formula you'll get a payment in October of 2024
I think the 2023 benchmark price is 3.90, not 3.70.
